- Our commitment is always to protect our Guests' personal data.
- Guests' details are held on a personal computer and backed up to an external hard drive. Any printed copies are shredded 2 years after the completion of the rental.
- If guests have booked via an agency, the security of their data will be governed by the policy of that agency.
- Bush Cottage does not transmit guest data to any third party.
- Email addresses will be used to process bookings, and notify guests of relevant information.
- If a booking is made with Bush Cottage, accounting details will be kept for a minimum of 7 years as required by HMRC.
